Return/Refund Policy
At Sea Stack, we want you to love your purchase. However, because our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we have a limited return policy.
Returns & Refunds
- We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.
- All sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Process for Defective Items
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
- When we approve the return, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Final sale items
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
