Return/Refund Policy

At Sea Stack, we want you to love your purchase. However, because our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we have a limited return policy.

Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.
  • All sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Process for Defective Items

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. When we approve the return, we will provide a return shipping label.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Final sale items

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
